Treat yourself to all the beautiful things that local makers, bakers and craftsfolk have to offer this Saturday at The Creators Market hosted by Prahran Town Hall, where beautiful design is everything!
Keep an eye out for Tian Ceramics’ delicate handcrafted works, which boast an impressive portfolio of lovingly crafted rings, bowls and vessels; or the Wild Nothing’s handmade herbal teas and tisanes.

MARCS Festival

Inspired by Melbourne’s quintessential laneway culture and street art, MARCS Festival (Melbourne Art Restaurant Cocktail Sound) will be showcasing live street art murals, hawker-style food, and live bands.
Spoil your tastebuds with meatball sliders, Calzone, Raclette, prawn buns, English pies, ceviche and pork belly rolls from Terra Rossa (Italian), Papa Goose (Modern British), Harley House (Peruvian) and The Swiss Club (Swiss).
Local bands not to miss include Zevon, The Werewolves of Melbourne, The Eighty 88’s, Malcura & Shazam among others.

Melbourne Japanese Summer Festival

This festival brings you the best of Japanese traditional performances, food and activities that you have come to love – including origami, yo-yo balloon catching, toy fishing and shooting games.
Get into the Japanese spirit with the “bon odori” dance, Taiko drumming and even a real-life Sumo. And of course, you can find lots of food stalls offering sushi, okonomiyaki and classic bento!

Salute the Sun Yoga Festival

Create your own sunshine with the Salute the Sun Yoga Festival this weekend, in a space open to experienced yogis and beginners alike, meditators, peace-lovers, or mindfulness-seekers.
Do some meditation, watch some yoga, enjoy some foodie delights, listen to some music, then go home feeling full of energy. No experience needed, just bring yourself and a yoga mat (unless you’re okay with grass!).
A ticket will set you back $35 – $50. Tickets are not available at the gate, so it’s essential to book beforehand.
