Want to truly experience Winter but don’t have the time or funds to visit Mt Buller or any of the state’s other snowy locales?

Beginning this weekend, you can immerse yourself in a winter wonderland by visiting QV’s Virtual / Chill, a pop-up winter village complete with new VR technology that gives you a chance to virtually explore snowy terrain. The cinematic virtual reality video that you’ll see will replicate the feeling of seeing the valleys of the Swiss Alps entirely from a paragliding harness.

Beyond the VR, the village itself will feel like a Scandinavian cabin, all warm and cosy, where visitors can also roast marshmallows by campfire, sip cocktails and watch musicians perform live before them.

Best of all, each visit to Virtual / Chill is free – that includes complimentary food and drinks!
